HIV Black African blamed for deliberately infecting Australian women

A black African man, who was diagnosed as HIV-positive, has been charged with infecting an Australian woman, by having unprotected sex with her, even after he was told that he had the deadly virus. Solomon Kachingwe Mwale, originally from Zambia, arrived in Australia with his wife in 1999, and were diagnosed as HIV-positive in December 2003.

It has been alleged by an Australian woman that Mwale had unprotected sex with her, even after he was diagnosed, but that he did not inform her that he was carrying the disease; she alleges that when she discovered that she had the disease and told him, that he showed no compassion towards her.

It is further alleged that the man had unprotected sex with other Australian women. However, Mr. Mwale is not being charged with attempted murder, but rather is being charged with "recklessly causing serious injury". Hardly a charge fitting a crime that would sentence its victims to a life of disease and possible death.[1]

Similarly, another African man has recently appealed against the "harshness" of the jail sentence he was given for infecting two women in Australia with the HIV virus. In that case, it was reported that Mr. Kanengele-Yondjo "lied about his HIV status and had unprotected sex with the two female tourists, one from Ireland and one from Germany, in early 2003. Both have since been diagnosed as HIV positive".[2]

AIDS and HIV are rampant throughout Africa. The percentage of Africans infected with HIV-AIDS is massive, as can be seen from the HIV-AIDS adult prevalence rates given below from the most-infected countries:

Swaziland 38.8%
Botswana 37.3%
Lesotho 28.9%
Zimbabwe 24.6%
South Africa 21.5%
Namibia 21.3%
Zambia 16.5%
Malawi 14.2%
Central African Republic 13.5%
Mozambique 12.2%

In stark contrast, the rate for Australia and New Zealand is 0.1%. The rate for the United Kingdom is 0.2%, whilst the USA has 0.6%.[3]

In the USA, where blacks are approx. 13% of the population, they comprise a hugely disproportionate amount of HIV-AIDS cases. African-Americans make up 41% of male cases and 64% of female cases.[4]

It is interesting to note that there may be a genetic predisposition to vulnerability to HIV-AIDS. Research from scientists in India indicate that a genetic factor may be involved; they state that this may make Indians more susceptible to HIV-AIDS, especially for people from the south of India. Earlier research discovered that 10% to 20% of Europeans carried a gene that is resistant to AIDS. In the book Sex At Risk, by Stuart Brody, the possibility is raised that Africans may be more susceptible to contracting HIV-AIDS.[5]

Research by Professor J. Phillipe Rushton shows that African blacks have higher levels of testosterone than Asians and whites, thus leading to more active and riskier sexual behaviour. US government research also states that

With high HIV-AIDS infection rates amongst African blacks, it is irresponsible for the government to be importing thousands of them into Australia. Especially considering that screening procedures in Africa are notoriously inadequate; that African immigrants under 15 years of age are not usually tested for HIV; and that even after testing, potential immigrants are left in circumstances (for up to a year) where they could become infected before flying to Australia. The NSW Premier, Morris Iemma, has told the NSW parliament that

As has been previously reported by Australia First, "a considerable number of people with HIV/AIDS have succeeded in obtaining permanent residence in Australia" (says the Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations). The incidence of infection to Australians may be relatively low, but will that be a comfort to the friends and families of sick or dying Australians?[8]

Considering the heightened risk to the Australian community, it's high time for the government to end black African immigration, for the health and safety of the Australian people. However, as Liberal-Labor are committed to the multiracial immigration-led genocide of the Australian people, they will not be stopping black African immigration any time soon. Only a patriotic government would protect the Australian People.
